About Dr. Janie von Waldburg

Dr. Janie is originally from Northern California and fell in love with the front range of Colorado while completing her undergraduate degree at CU Boulder.
She traveled to Georgia to complete her DVM in 2007. Dr. Janie practiced as a mixed animal vet after graduation. From 2011-2021 she operated At Home and At Peace Hospice care providing acupuncture and end of life care to families around Denver, Colorado. Seeking a break from negative temperatures and the snow, Dr. Janie moved her family to Portland Oregon in March of 2021. Her dream of moving her horses home to horse property finally came true in 2024 and Dr. Janie is now happy to call Colton, Oregon, her home. Oregon vet license information. Dr. Janie's current animal family includes a Quarter Horse gelding named Bailey, an exuberant Morgan named Sam, a Great Dane Lab mix ironically called Sage and a happy and vocal Husky mix named Marcus. Dr. Janie was certified in Medical Veterinary Acupuncture in 2011 with Dr. Narda Robinson and CuracoreVet. |
